Our Investment Philosophy
Leadership Team
Bradley leads Secant’s strategic direction, with a focus on business development, opportunity sourcing and partnerships. He brings more than 20 years of experience across real estate investment, development and leasing, including senior roles at a prominent family office and one of Canada’s largest private real estate firms.
Throughout his career, Bradley has been involved in the acquisition, development and repositioning of more than $2.5 billion in Canadian and U.S. real estate, with particular experience navigating complex transactions and identifying opportunities that others may overlook.
Bradley also serves as Chairman of a foundation focused on expanding access to education, food security and healthcare for youth.
Eric leads Secant’s investment strategy, from underwriting and transaction execution through to the delivery of business plans and ongoing operations. He brings more than a decade of experience across commercial and residential real estate.
Before joining Secant, Eric served as Vice-President of Investments & Development at one of Canada’s largest private real estate companies, where he managed a portfolio valued at more than $1.8 billion and led multidisciplinary teams through the full development cycle, from initial concept through to value realization.
Eric holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
Michael focuses on acquisitions, development and the evaluation and execution of new opportunities at Secant. He brings experience across real estate investment, development and the family office sector.
Prior to joining Secant, Michael spent six years at one of Canada’s largest private real estate companies, contributing to more than $50 million in acquisitions and overseeing $1 billion in development and advisory projects across multiple asset types.
Michael holds an Honours BA & Sc. from Queen’s University. He is also actively involved in cancer philanthropy, including Défi Canderel and the annual golf tournament he co-founded in support of the Rosalind & Morris Goodman Cancer Institute and the Fondation du CHUM.
