Bradley leads the firm’s strategic direction, overseeing business development, opportunity sourcing, and partnership structuring. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he brings deep expertise from prior roles as Executive Vice President and head of real estate investments at a prominent family office, and Vice President of Leasing & Development at one of Canada’s largest private real estate firms.
He has played a key role in the acquisition, development, and repositioning of more than $2.2 billion in Canadian real estate, and is recognized for structuring and executing complex transactions. Beyond real estate, Bradley serves as Chairman of a foundation dedicated to expanding access to education, food security, and healthcare, with a focus on supporting youth.

Eric leads the firm’s investment strategy, directs underwriting, and oversees the execution of business plans while managing overall operations. With over a decade of experience, Eric has a proven track record in managing commercial and residential real estate investments.
Prior to Secant Ventures, Eric was Vice-President of Investments & Development at one of Canada’s largest private real estate companies. During his tenure, he managed assets valued at over $1.8 billion and led multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of development—from initial concept to value realization.
Eric holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Michael brings a wealth of expertise in real estate investment and development. Prior to joining Secant Ventures, Michael spent six years at one of Canada’s largest private real estate companies, where he played a key role in acquisitions, dispositions, and the execution of multiple development projects. He contributed to over $50 million in acquisitions and oversaw $1 billion in development and advisory projects across asset classes.
His background also includes experience in the family office sector, further enhancing his ability to drive investment strategies and source and evaluate opportunities.
Michael holds an Honours BA & Sc. from Queen’s University and is deeply committed to philanthropy, with a focus on advancing cancer research. He is actively involved in the Défi Canderel and co-founded its annual golf tournament, supporting the Rosalind & Morris Goodman Cancer Institute and the Fondation du CHUM.
